|we try to deliver your veg in as fresh condition as possible. In practice this means that your veg is picked no more than two days before we deliver it to you.
If you are dissatisfied with the condition of any individual veg, just let us know and we will ensure that the offending vegetable (or similar replacement) is supplied for the following week. (Please note that in hot weather, some veg may look tired by the time you come back from work. Usually a quick dip in cold water will refresh them.) If this is an ongoing problem for you, just leave a coolbag out and we will pop your veg into it.
|if you wish to cancel your subscription with us you can do this at any time by giving us notice by Tuesday 5.00pm. This will ensure your order is cancelled for that week.
Similarly, if you wish to suspend your order because you are away, please let us know by Tuesday 5.00pm. Aternatively, we can donate your veg box to the local Age Concern while you are away – simply let us know.
